Is hypertread an apt name for this type of production? High bpm, crazy 808s mixed on the mid end, dark, repetitive lead melodies. Would posttread work better? I believe it should be called hypertread because it expands on normal tread and takes the genre to new extremes. Y'all lmk.

Here's an updated yet still unmastered version of the Terrorcore HyperTread beat I posted earlier this week. What can I improve on in terms of providing a dark, paranoid, psychotic atmosphere? Is there good release and tension? Are the breakcore drums and horror fx too much or does it fit the chaos?

How do I achieve a fuller sound, especially with this main melody? I tried the compressor, limiter, balance, stereo enhancer, eq, everything to my current knowledge, but to no avail. Its only my third beat but I haven't been able to make any of them sound rich; it always just sounds muddy.
